The Carriage Clock
Our latest project is a clock. We sourced a vintage Jaeger leCoultre dashboard clock for a client and built a wooden housing to convert this into a carriage clock, for display in the home. This was finished in dark blue bridle leather with white linen stitching.
We have thus far managed to somehow avoid horological projects, despite having a number of ideas ready for execution. This particular client project gave us the opportunity for our first, and we’re exceptionally happy with the result. We spent considerable time finding a donor clock for the project, and selected a dark blue bridle leather to match the client’s interior aesthetic.
Take a look at some photos below: the results speak for themselves.
